Requirements

Experience

• Must be a die-hard NFL fan, no exceptions!
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years leading teams
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development for iOS and Android, with at least 2 Flutter apps live in the App Store or Google Play
• Significant experience with PostgreSQL and Amazon Web Services
• Deep understanding of sports analytics—specifically the NFL
• Experience integrating Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics)
• Strong understanding of responsive design, animations, and scalable state management in Flutter
• Familiarity with continuous deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane) and release management
• UI/UX design skills using Figma and/or Flutter’s layout system
• Experience implementing secure authentication and data protection best practices
• Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate closely with a US-based team and provide mentorship to offshore developers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end development of the Flutter mobile app
• Drive the UI/UX design process, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces
• Integrate third-party services and optimize app performance
• Manage and mentor a small offshore team of developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and project management support
• Oversee build and release pipelines, TestFlight builds, and Play Store submissions
• Collaborate closely with the founders, product team, and data science team to shape the app roadmap
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and ship regular feature updates
• Champion best practices for mobile development, state management, testing, and deployment
